Books: It's About To Go Down!

So here is the deal, I plan to review ALL types of books. Mainly because I read ALL types of books. I love children's lit and Young Adult Lit because of my job as an elementary teacher. I love being able to find new books to read in class, but also share recommendations with my students. I also love Mysteries, Thrillers, and Romance books. Something about getting lost in a who done it?, what is going to happen next?, or will they get together? makes me want to read more. I'm also just a 30-ish year old trying to figure out life so don't be surprised if I'm reading some self help books or non-fiction. I love learning and I have found that no matter how much you know there is so much more left to learn. The best part is reading other peoples stories and learning from other perspectives can really open up your whole world and truly change you.

Regardless of the books I read I will be using a rating system. Below is the Rating System I made when I was reviewing Teacher Books, but the premise remain the same: 1-5 Stars scale on the books...and I have been known to give half stars. I will be honest and find the positive in every book. I am excited to share my thoughts because even if it wasn't my cup of tea that doesn't mean it isn't yours.
