Do you love a fun, sassy character? Do you wish there were more curvy women in romance books? Do you wish the guy fell first? Do you need a change of pace or just want a romance that focuses more on the personalities of the two characters? Then The Fastest Way to Fall might be just what you need!

Brita is a curvacious, sassy employee of a lifestyle website. She works as an assistant but wants a chance to prove herself as a writer. She gets the opportunity when she pitches the idea to put two fitness apps head to head to weigh the pros and cons. Brita is nervous to get started because she doesn't want to feel bad about her curves, in her words she just wants to "look good naked." With the help of some wine, she submits her request for training to the FitMe app. Little does she know that the CEO of the FitMe app, Wes Lawson, is struggling after a bad breakup both in business and in life. He has built up this amazing company with good values and yet feels lost. With support from his friend, he decides to get back into coaching. Who is his first client? Well, Brita of course! This book starts off with two star-crossed lovers who fall for each other via chat without ever truly seeing each other. That all changes of course and by way of fate and accident they end up meeting. Their friendship blooms into something more which causes both of them to hit a turning point. Do they share the reason why both of them met in the first place? Do they tell the truth about who they are and what they do?

Such a sweet read! I really enjoyed the story of Britta and Wes. I originally picked up the book because I personally enjoy reading stories with characters who are plus size or curvy as I can personally connect. I also picked up the book because it talks about fitness and being a more body-positive person which are all things that I am also personally working on. Therefore I might’ve connected with this book a lot which might influence my review of five stars. That being said if you can connect with any of those things, this book is definitely a wonderful romance read for you. I loved how Brita was a fun and sassy character that had self-doubt when it came to some things. She also had an air of confidence at the same time. I loved seeing Wes fall in love with her personality first before meeting her but then fall in love with her more even afterward. There was something beautiful about the fact that this man loved her personality and who she was and never once questioned her size. I mean who wouldn't fall for a man who said this,

"Please promise me you won’t let this guy, or any guy, make you question yourself again. Anyone who makes you feel you’re not good enough isn’t worth the breath it takes to tell them to go to hell."

He also realized before she did in a lot of ways that he was falling fast for her. I truly love books where the guys are head over heels for the girl because oftentimes we see that later or not at all. Overall it’s a great read and would definitely recommend it! 5/5 Stars! #romance #bodypositive #fitness #friendstomore #lovestory #love #curvygirl
